I've been living at Peridot for two months now, and I'm absolutely loving it!! The community is very welcoming unlike other apartment complex I've lived in. The staff, especially Carl, Monica, and Brittany are always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful.💕 Love the amenities of the apartment and all the fun events organized by the management have been a great way to meet my neighbors and feel connected to the community.

Absolutely amazing. Carl showed me every unit that fit my lifestyle the best and 1 bedroom 2 bath with an office is perfect. Everyone in the leasing office is very attentive and responsive, living here for almost a week now and I have no regrets. True luxury and such a convenient area. Definitely worth the price. I love waking up to my views of the city and having such a big bedroom!

Unparalleled. Monica showed us around and was more than amazing. She truly made us feel warm and welcomed, as if we already were residents. I originally preferred uptown over downtown, but my mind has changed after touring Peridot. Brittany welcomed us as soon as we walked in and provided us with champagne. We love this residence!

Moving from state to state it’s very stressful. The team at peridot made my move very smooth and welcoming. The apartments are beautiful and brand new. Happy to be in my new home.

Nathan and the ladies are absolutely amazing. Have been extremely helpful and patient 🙏 Could not have asked for Better then them. Nathan helped me thru entire process. First time for me so I was very nervous and scared. He made it a much easier process.

This is a very professional, knowledgeable, and inviting community of a well pronounced group .. myself and family have felt welcomed & appreciated from the beginning. We appreciate and respect the level of service provided, enjoyed all interactions, and feel satisfied with our selection outcome. Carl is a staple in the community & his attention to detail is impeccable. Great Job to The Peridot Staff!

Located in Downtown Dallas, easy access to freeways, well secured, management is awesome. Beautiful view of the high-rises and skyline. Night life, during the weekend, excellent service.
