Peridot is a great location in the downtown area. Perfect spot if you are business owner that travels a lot and needs a relaxing environment to come back to. The place is very new and modern and the gym has everything you need. Angie and Kirstin were super helpful throughout the entire process of moving in and continue to answer questions now that I’m a resident. Coming from outside of Texas, I had a lot of things to figure out and without their support it would have been WAY more difficult!

Peridot is one of the best places I’ve seen in Dallas! The luxury finishes in the units are top-notch, and the layouts are super spacious—way more than I expected. The amenity spaces are incredible too, from the saunas to the lounges and everything in between. A huge shoutout to Kirstin, one of the leasing agents, who honestly made my decision much easier. She gave me an awesome tour of the building and walked me through everything it has to offer. Even after I decided to move in, she was patient and helpful, answering all my (probably very annoying) questions during the transition.

The Peridot is an amazingly beautiful building and they didn't skimp on anything--luxury finishes, top grade appliances, thoughtful floorplans, stunning views, top flight security, and the staff!! I can't say thank you enough to Angie (and team) for creating such a smooth process and stress-free move. She was thorough and so helpful in spite of a tight timeline. Everything from tour to move-in has been seamless and simply wonderful. 10/10! Highly recommend!

Brittany was great. Best apartment views in Dallas and a way better deal than comparable options across Downtown/Victory Park/Uptown. Amenities are a plus

I've been living at Peridot for two months now, and I'm absolutely loving it!! The community is very welcoming unlike other apartment complex I've lived in. The staff, especially Carl, Monica, and Brittany are always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful.💕 Love the amenities of the apartment and all the fun events organized by the management have been a great way to meet my neighbors and feel connected to the community.

Absolutely amazing. Carl showed me every unit that fit my lifestyle the best and 1 bedroom 2 bath with an office is perfect. Everyone in the leasing office is very attentive and responsive, living here for almost a week now and I have no regrets. True luxury and such a convenient area. Definitely worth the price. I love waking up to my views of the city and having such a big bedroom!

Unparalleled. Monica showed us around and was more than amazing. She truly made us feel warm and welcomed, as if we already were residents. I originally preferred uptown over downtown, but my mind has changed after touring Peridot. Brittany welcomed us as soon as we walked in and provided us with champagne. We love this residence!

Nathan and the ladies are absolutely amazing. Have been extremely helpful and patient 🙏 Could not have asked for Better then them. Nathan helped me thru entire process. First time for me so I was very nervous and scared. He made it a much easier process.
